This notice covers the Kindred Practicum marketing website and its walkthrough request form. It was last updated in October 2026.

What we collect

When you request a walkthrough, we ask for your name, email address, institution or organization, your role, and optionally your approximate cohort size, what you'd like to discuss, and a short message.

We collect only what you type into the form. This website runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your details solely to respond to your inquiry: to arrange a walkthrough, answer your questions, and follow up about the conversation you started. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

How it's handled

Submitting the form sends one email containing your answers to our inquiries inbox. Your email address is set as the reply address on that email so we can answer you directly. The form's contents are not otherwise stored in a marketing database.

The email is delivered through our email provider (Resend) solely to transmit the message.

How long we keep it

We keep the inquiry email for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up conversation, then delete it when it's no longer needed. If you become a customer, separate terms and a product privacy notice cover the data inside the application itself.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the information you sent, or to stop contacting you. Email blair@kindredeq.com and we'll take care of it.
