PRICING

Plan the right fit for your program.

Pricing has not been published. Start with a conversation about your cohort, workflows, and rollout needs rather than a plan that assumes every program works the same way.

A useful pricing conversation starts with scope.

These are the questions to resolve before a commercial proposal, not a published charging formula.

  • People and access

How many students, supervisors, faculty, and coordinators need the system, and for how long?

  • Workflows and media

Which placement, hour, recording, evaluation, and reporting workflows are needed in the initial deployment?

  • Setup and transition

What configuration, migration, training, and procurement work is required?

What a proposal should make clear.

  • Included capabilities and anything outside the agreed scope.
  • Who pays, the access period, currency, taxes, and renewal terms.
  • Any storage, recording, support, or setup limits and fees.
  • Data handling, export, termination, and deletion arrangements.

Pricing questions.

Is there a free trial?

A free trial has not been announced. Any pilot, evaluation access, or associated fees will be agreed directly.

Can the institution pay for students?

The product specification includes institutional allocation and student access-pass workflows. Available payment arrangements and prices need commercial confirmation.

Are supervisors charged separately?

No supervisor pricing has been published. The proposal should state which roles are included and how access is charged.

Are recordings or storage unlimited?

No unlimited usage commitment has been made. Media allowances and retention terms need to be defined for the agreed deployment.

Let's start with the program you are running.
