THE PLATFORM

The whole practicum workflow, connected.

Explore the planned workspace for students, site supervisors, faculty, and program coordinators. Each module supports a specific part of the process.

Start with a placement that is ready for review.

A site directory and placement application bring together the student, training plan, supervisor, forms, and required evidence. Readiness is visible; the approval decision remains explicit.

  • Sites and supervisors

Search approved directory information, review supervisor profiles, and see accepting-student status.

  • Agreements and evidence

Route required forms to the responsible people and keep supporting documents with the application.

  • Clear application states

Distinguish submitted, ready, approved, and archived records. Completing a checklist does not automatically approve a placement.

Make every hour understandable.

Students record dates, activities, placements, and duration. Reviewers can inspect the entry, approve it, or return it with an explanation. Reports keep approval status visible.

  • Program-defined categories

Use the activity categories, groups, and targets relevant to the training plan.

  • A reviewable record

Keep journals and permitted attachments with the activity when the program calls for them.

  • Separate measures

Time on site is not added again as clinical activity. Pending and returned entries are not presented as verified hours.

Keep the review next to the recording.

The session scope includes scheduled meetings, permitted audio/video uploads, recording playback, and human feedback. Reviewers receive access through explicit sharing, not simply because they attended a call.

  • Live and uploaded sessions

Plan meetings or review an existing recording through the appropriate session workflow.

  • Timestamped feedback

Attach a written observation to the moment the reviewer is discussing.

  • Defined access and retention

Control recording viewers separately from live participants. Agree the recording lifecycle before real-client use.

Telehealth and media capabilities depend on the deployed service and approved institutional scope.

Use the evaluations your program needs.

The plan supports institution-configured questions, rating options, narrative responses, and role-specific assignments. Submitted work keeps its form version and its defined audience.

  • Clear assignments

Specify who completes the form and who or what is being evaluated.

  • Human feedback

Keep assessment responsibility with the people assigned to supervise and evaluate.

  • Version-aware records

Do not reinterpret last term's responses when a rating scale changes.

Make the next step visible.

General tasks, evaluation assignments, notifications, and completion history keep work attached to the people responsible for it. Publication schedules and recurring tasks are part of the planned coordination tools.

  • Assigned work

See tasks assigned to you separately from work you assigned to others.

  • Useful reminders

Send evaluation reminders and surface outstanding obligations.

  • Completion that means completed

An evaluation task is not complete just because somebody opened the form.

Bring the records into focus.

Review hours, training, placements, site and supervisor information, and evaluation responses through scoped reports and exports. A program can see what the report includes rather than relying on an unexplained total.

  • Training reports

Weekly, individual-plan, and training-history views with verification information.

  • Program exports

People, sites, placements, activities, and their relevant record fields.

  • Evaluation reporting

Question-level summaries and selected comparisons using compatible form versions.
