Respond to the moment that matters.

The proposed recording workspace lets authorized reviewers attach written feedback to a point in the session. Students can return to the same moment when reflecting on the feedback.

Keep responsibilities explicit.

Site supervisors and faculty share parts of the process without becoming interchangeable roles.

  • Site supervisors

Review related student activity, complete assigned forms, and manage permitted client-upload requests.

  • Faculty

Review assigned students, complete program evaluations, and approve activity routed to them.

  • Primary and co-faculty

Both may review eligible work; primary-faculty agreement duties remain distinct.

A live invitation is not a recording share.

The planned access model treats joining a meeting and reviewing its recording as separate permissions. Recordings are opened only through the access granted for that review.
